SEOUL, April 19 (Yonhap) -- North Korea fired at least one unspecified ballistic missile eastward on Sunday, South Korea's military said.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) said it detected the North's missile launch, while analyzing details of the launch.

The launch came less than two weeks after North Korea conducted back-to-back launches involving ballistic missiles on April 8.
